Rockville, Md. – – September 30, 2026 -- Quantum Space, LLC has signed a mission-specific work order with All Points Logistics, LLC to handle spacecraft processing, propellant servicing and launch-site operations for its Prime mission at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, targeting a launch in the second half of 2027.
All Points will manage clean-room and ground support work ahead of Prime's launch campaign
Under the new agreement, All Points will provide clean-room facilities, propellant servicing support, launch-site safety and operational reviews, ground support activities, and transportation of the spacecraft to the launch vehicle integration facility. The scope builds on an existing Master Services Agreement between the two companies and establishes dedicated tasks for Prime's ground processing at Vandenberg.
Prime serves as the pathfinder for Quantum Space's Ranger and Scout platform
Prime will be the first of Quantum Space's high-performance spacecraft class, designed for extended maneuverability, long-duration operations, and hosting of national security and commercial payloads. The company has completed a Systems Integration Review for the mission and is now moving into detailed launch planning and execution.
Quantum Space frames the deal as risk mitigation ahead of flight
Kerry Wisnosky, President of Quantum Space, said the agreement reflects the coordination needed between completing spacecraft assembly and safely integrating it onto a launch vehicle. He added that securing launch-site processing capability helps mitigate execution risk as the company advances toward completing the spacecraft, running its environmental test campaign, and proceeding through launch integration to on-orbit operations.
All Points expands its role supporting Quantum Space's launch infrastructure needs
Phil Monkress, President and CEO of All Points Logistics, said the Prime mission is a fit for the company's launch infrastructure and spacecraft processing capabilities, and confirmed the expanded relationship with Quantum Space as Prime advances toward launch.
