PSMA Connect, HealthIQ Solutions Launch Joint GPO-RPM Provider Alliance

Atlanta and Wilmington, Del. – September 17, 2026 -- PSMA Connect, a national Healthcare Group Purchasing Organization, has formed a strategic alliance with HealthIQ Solutions to bundle volume-discounted medical supply contracts with turn-key remote patient care programs for providers nationwide.

Alliance pairs supply chain discounts with zero-cost remote monitoring rollouts

The partnership gives medical practices and health systems access to PSMA Connect's discounted manufacturer contracts covering medical-surgical supplies, capital equipment, pharmaceuticals and vaccines. Simultaneously, providers can deploy HealthIQ Solutions' Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) programs with no upfront costs, using cellular- and Bluetooth-connected devices and automated compliance tracking.

Executives frame deal as response to cost pressure and reactive care models

Tim Lescalleet, President of PSMA Connect, said the alliance moves beyond traditional supply chain savings by adding clinical tools intended to drive practice growth and cut operational expenses. Tim Roche, CEO of HealthIQ Solutions, said the partnership targets both underserved rural regions and high-density urban markets, combining supply cost reductions with a scalable clinical monitoring layer.

Combined model targets recurring reimbursement revenue and readmission reduction

HealthIQ Solutions' platform uses predictive analytics to flag rising patient risk between office visits, with the stated goal of preventing unnecessary hospital readmissions. The alliance is structured to optimize provider reimbursement streams tied to RPM, CCM and APCM billing codes while improving quality performance scores, according to the companies.

Rural and urban access framed as core objective of scalable delivery model

The companies describe the initiative as designed to overcome geographic access barriers for chronic disease management, extending continuous monitoring capability to practices that previously relied solely on in-person visits.
