Austin, Texas – October 06, 2026 -- Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) unveiled a trio of developer initiatives at its seventh annual Works With Summit, including a public Beta AI SDK, an open-source Bluetooth LE community, and a new integration with Databricks aimed at scaling edge AI deployment across enterprise workflows.
Simplicity AI SDK enters public Beta with support for GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Codex
The Simplicity AI SDK gives developers structured access to Silicon Labs SDKs, tools, documentation, and connected hardware through AI coding assistants they already use. The first officially supported experience targets Bluetooth LE, covering project creation, building, flashing, debugging, network and power analysis, and hardware interaction.
