Column, Guesty Launch Bank Accounts for Rental Property Managers
United States – September 30, 2026 -- Column, a nationally chartered bank processing more than $4.5 trillion in annual transaction volume, has partnered with short-term rental platform Guesty to launch purpose-built banking for property managers handling owner and guest funds.
Column brings fiduciary-grade banking to Guesty's 500,000-plus properties
The partnership targets eligible Guesty customers in the United States and internationally, giving operators access to Column deposit and trust accounts designed for fiduciary workflows. Features include separated trust and operating funds, role-based permissions and approval controls, and pass-through FDIC insurance for owner funds, subject to applicable requirements and limits.
Mutual customers also gain direct access to Column's APIs for programmatic banking, backed by a dedicated property management banking team from Column.
