Orlando, Fla. – September 16, 2026 -- Penetron has appointed Dennis Keane as Specifications Specialist for the Western USA, expanding its Engineering Support team's reach across an 11-state territory including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
Keane will manage specification development and product approvals for Penetron across the western region
Based in Chandler, Arizona, Keane is tasked with building relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and specification professionals, according to Cassandra Gouws, Technical Manager for Penetron USA. He will also pursue and maintain product approvals with cities, municipalities, and departments of transportation across the USA.
Keane brings 20 years of construction industry sales and business development experience
Keane holds a Communications degree from Vanguard University and has extensive experience in business development, sales, and key account management within the construction sector. His background includes building science, moisture mitigation, and concrete protection system best practices, along with expertise optimizing product specifications.
New hire will deliver technical training on crystalline waterproofing and antimicrobial systems
Working alongside Penetron's engineering support team and account managers, Keane will conduct educational presentations and technical sessions covering crystalline waterproofing and antimicrobial technology. He will also work to expand Penetron's presence in office master specifications throughout his assigned territory.
Christopher Chen, Director of The Penetron Group, said Keane's technical expertise would contribute to customer and project partner support in what he described as a key growth market for the company.
