Paratus Energy Appoints Maritime Veteran Lars Pedersen to Board

Hamilton, Bermuda – September 23, 2026 -- Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (PLSV) has appointed Lars Pedersen to its Board of Directors effective September 23, 2026, replacing Dag Skindlo, who stepped down the same day to focus on his executive role and other commitments.

Pedersen brings 35 years of shipping and offshore leadership to the board

Pedersen has spent the past eight years at Frontline Management AS as Chief Technical Officer, overseeing global fleet operations, digital transformation, ESG initiatives and strategic growth, while also serving as Managing Director of Flex LNG Fleet Management. He previously held senior leadership positions at BW Group, A.P. Moller–Maersk and Höegh.

New director holds expertise in AI, M&A and Asian shipbuilding programs

His background covers corporate governance, artificial intelligence, sale and purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and major shipbuilding programs in China and South Korea. Pedersen also sits on the boards of Arundo Analytics, Northern Ocean and Archer, and completed the Executive Board Leadership Programme at Copenhagen Business School.

Board transition follows Skindlo's decision to prioritize executive duties

The Company thanked Skindlo for his contribution and wished him success. Paratus, which holds a 50% joint venture interest in Seagems, a subsea services operator running six multi-purpose pipe-laying support vessels currently contracted in Brazil, confirmed the change takes immediate effect.
