Northbrook – October 08, 2026 -- Old World Industries (OWI), maker of PEAK and Thermal Charge Heat Transfer Fluids, and critical-infrastructure monitoring firm Integrity Systems have formed a partnership to pair coolant chemistry expertise with real-time predictive analytics for data center cooling loops.

Partnership targets unscheduled downtime in AI-driven data centers

Rising AI and high-density computing workloads are straining cooling infrastructure, and operators currently rely largely on periodic laboratory testing to assess coolant condition. The OWI-Integrity Systems collaboration adds continuous field monitoring between testing intervals, aiming to flag changing cooling-loop conditions before they trigger failures.

"Unscheduled downtime remains one of the most expensive risks facing data center operators today," said Greg Noethlich, CEO of OWI. He said the partnership shifts customers from reactive problem-solving toward predictive maintenance.

Integrity Systems platform fuses sensor data with operator knowledge

Integrity Systems' monitoring platform combines sensor data, operating context, maintenance history and operator expertise to identify developing problems and inform maintenance decisions, working alongside existing control systems rather than replacing them.

Brett Wade, CEO of Integrity Systems, said the company was founded to close the gap between what industrial operators need and what predictive monitoring tools have historically delivered, and that combining continuous field monitoring with OWI's coolant expertise gives operators ongoing visibility into coolant performance.

Edge AI deployment underpins long-term roadmap

Connor Wooley, Chief Technology Officer of Integrity Systems, described an "agentic harness" designed to convert deep analysis and verified operating experience into specialized AI that runs locally at the equipment level rather than depending on remote data centers for every decision. He said the approach is intended to extend eventually to remote industrial environments and space applications where continuous human oversight is not possible.

The partnership is also expected to generate real-world operating data on coolant performance that could feed into future product validation and development for OWI.
