Mighty Auto Parts Promotes Wilkins, Hires Home Depot's Townsend

Peachtree Corners – October 21, 2026 -- Mighty Auto Parts has promoted Crystal Wilkins to Associate Product Manager and hired Brandon Townsend as Product Support Coordinator, reinforcing the Product Team that serves its network of 100 franchised distributors across 44 U.S. states and five international markets.

Wilkins takes over non-filter programs including tools, batteries and wipers

Wilkins first joined Mighty in 2014 as Product Administrator and held that role for four years. After leaving in 2018, she worked as a writer and editor in marketing communications and earned a Master of Arts in Professional Writing. She returned in February 2026 as Product Support Coordinator.

In her new post, Wilkins will manage non-filter product programs, including tools and equipment, batteries, and wipers. She will also support key product initiatives across the Mighty System.

Townsend arrives from The Home Depot after overseeing more than 100 associates

Townsend spent seven years at The Home Depot as an Operational Experience Manager, where he oversaw multiple departments and more than 100 associates. At Mighty, he will support product programs and initiatives across the department, drawing on his background in operations, performance analytics, and customer service.

Management links the hires to franchise network support

Sean Milligan, Vice President, Product Management and Information, said, "A strong Product Team is essential to supporting our franchise network and customers." He credited Wilkins with knowledge of Mighty and its product programs, and Townsend with operations and customer service experience.

Townsend said his focus will be keeping programs running smoothly for Mighty's distributors and customers.
