New York – September 29, 2026 -- MyComplianceOffice (MCO), a compliance management software provider for financial services, has appointed John Schobel as President, adding a 25-year RegTech veteran to lead its global go-to-market strategy following a $100 million-plus strategic financing round.
MCO's revenue climbed 22% from 2024 to 2025 as client base expanded
The compliance software firm now serves more than 1,500 client companies across over 125 countries, onboarding more than 100 new firms during the same period. The growth trajectory coincides with recent strategic growth financing from Accel-KKR Credit Partners, which MCO says will fund continued expansion and product development.
Schobel co-founded and led RegEd for more than 25 years before joining MCO
Schobel built RegEd from a startup into an enterprise compliance technology provider, overseeing product innovation and industry-changing offerings throughout his tenure. He will now partner with MCO CEO and Founder Brian Fahey to oversee the company's investment and growth strategy.

Fahey described Schobel as a RegTech pioneer whose experience scaling software from startup to enterprise provider will help MCO build on its current momentum. The appointment follows a year in which MCO launched new offerings including digital asset personal trading capabilities to address conflict-of-interest risks, alongside enhanced AI-powered features on its platform.
MCO positions the recent capital injection as a catalyst for accelerating platform development and delivering additional compliance insight and efficiency tools to its global client base.
