The companies aim to help customers modernize applications faster, cut transformation risk and build AI-ready technology foundations.
Kyndryl survey finds nearly 50% of organizations are behind on modernization
Kyndryl's first global modernization report found that nearly 50% of respondents are behind schedule on their modernization goals. Among early adopters running agentic AI in production for modernization, 67% said they are ahead of or on track, against 51% of other organizations.
Services-as-software model relies on pre-built agentic workflows
The offering is built on the Kyndryl Agentic Framework and scaled through Kyndryl Bridge. Kyndryl says pre-built agentic workflows let companies run complex modernization programs on far shorter timelines and at significantly lower cost, reducing the constraint of scarce specialist skills.
