The list is derived from analysis of survey responses from over 106,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies within the manufacturing and production sector. The broader annual workforce study underpinning the ranking draws on more than 1.3 million survey responses and data from companies representing over 7.3 million employees nationwide.
KNIPEX extends a three-year Great Place To Work certification streak
This marks KNIPEX Tools' third consecutive Great Place To Work Certification, following prior certifications in 2024 and 2025. Companies with 10 to 999 employees compete in the small and medium category, while firms with 1,000 or more employees are evaluated separately in the large category.
