Informa TechTarget Launches AI-Driven Buyer Intelligence Solution

Boston – October 24, 2026 -- Informa TechTarget (Nasdaq: TTGT) has launched Buyer Intelligence, an AI-enhanced solution that applies three new AI skills to person-level intent data drawn from approximately 58 million permissioned first-party audience members.

CEO Gary Nugent said AI-optimized go-to-market systems depend on input quality, noting that outcomes "will only be as strong as their inputs."

Three AI skills target pitch preparation and segment selection

Pain Points surfaces the challenges buying group members are researching, based on the articles, videos and webinars they consume. It is designed to cut sales call preparation time.

Pitch Assist generates messaging guidance tailored to each account's business problems. Persona and ICP Intelligence ranks customer segments by current in-market activity, flags new personas and indicates when to re-evaluate an Ideal Customer Profile.

The company lists buying group identification, ABM strategy, new customer identification, campaign amplification and content planning among the supported use cases.

Data comes exclusively from a 220-property audience network

Buyer Intelligence relies on directly observed behavior from permissioned audience members across more than 220 technology-specific digital properties. The company says this generates millions of intent and behavioral data points daily.

Chief Product & Technology Officer Mark Picone attributed the data advantage to more than 20 years of relationships with tens of millions of buying group members, including through BrightTALK webinar communities.

Delivery runs through the Portal and third-party GTM platforms

Customers can access Buyer Intelligence through Informa TechTarget's Portal platform. It is also available through several marketing automation, CRM and account-based marketing platforms, as well as AI-ready data clouds and modern data stack solutions.

The launch builds on the company's intent data credentials. Forrester named it a Leader and Customer Favorite in The Forrester Wave: Intent Data Providers For B2B (Q1 2025). Frost & Sullivan rated it a Leader in the Frost Radar for Account-Based Marketing Platforms, and Research in Action named it a Leader in its Vendor Selection Matrix for Revenue Marketing Automation Platforms.
