(NASDAQ, TSXV: EU) has engaged North Star Investor Relations Inc. under a consulting agreement effective September 18, 2026, paying a monthly cash retainer of CAD $10,000 for shareholder outreach, capital markets intelligence and media coordination.

North Star retainer runs for one year with a 30-day termination clause

The initial term of the Consulting Agreement is one year, renewable by mutual agreement, and either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice. North Star is owned by Graham Farrell and operates from Toronto; the firm and its principals are at arm's length to enCore and held no company securities when the agreement was signed. The engagement remains subject to TSXV approval.

The $500 million equity financing was structured as a rights offering to existing shareholders and was 97% subscribed by Class A ordinary shareholders. Remaining shares were absorbed through related backstop commitments, ensuring full completion of the raise.

Nordic bond matures in 2031, extends debt maturity profile

McDermott issued $550 million in senior secured bonds in the Nordic market, with maturity set for 2031. The company also secured a new long-term letter of credit and guarantee facility, alongside a revolving credit facility, as part of the same transaction.

Abilene, Texas – September 20, 2026 -- Natura Resources LLC has taken delivery of FLiBE salt from the U.S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory, transferred via Idaho National Laboratory, securing a critical input for its Molten Salt Demonstration Reactor, the MSR-1, under construction at Abilene Christian University.

The shipment arrived Friday, Sept. 18, closing a supply-chain gap for one of the most specialized materials required in molten salt reactor operation.

DOE selects Natura through competitive 2025 solicitation

Natura won the salt allocation through a competitive DOE process facilitated by Idaho National Laboratory and issued in August 2025. The material contains 99.99% enriched lithium-7, a purity level that minimizes tritium generation during reactor operation.
