(NYSE American: GPUS) declared monthly cash dividends of $0.2708333 per share on its 13.00% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock and $0.20833 per share on its 10.00% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock.

Board sets record date of September 30, 2026 for dual preferred dividends

The record date for both dividend payments is September 30, 2026, with cash distributions scheduled for October 13, 2026. The payouts correspond to the 13.00% and 10.00% coupon rates set at issuance for the Series D and Series E preferred shares, respectively.

Company operates AI data centers anchored by Bitcoin holdings

Hyperscale Data runs a colocation and hosting data center through wholly owned subsidiary Sentinum, Inc., serving AI computing workloads. A second subsidiary, Ault Capital Group, Inc. ("ACG"), operates as a hybrid private equity firm spanning financial services, digital assets, industrial services, hospitality and defense technologies.

Planned 2027 divestiture would leave Hyperscale Data focused on data centers and digital assets

The company expects to complete the divestiture of ACG in 2027 through an exchange offer tied to the Series F Exchangeable Preferred Stock issued to common and Series C preferred stockholders on December 23, 2024. Only holders who surrender Series F shares in the offer, and do not withdraw them, will receive ACG's Class A and Class B common shares. Once the divestiture closes, Hyperscale Data would retain data center operations, digital asset holdings, and robotics subsidiary Omnipresent Robotics, LLC, while ACG continues to manage AI software, equipment rental, defense/aerospace, industrial, automotive and hotel businesses, along with private credit activities through Ault Lending, LLC.
