Founder and CEO Raj Grover said the company built Canna Cabana into Canada's largest cannabis retail chain through disciplined execution and a focus on customer value.

Grover said the business is moving with greater momentum following its strongest quarter to date, with Remexian adding a new growth source in Germany. This marks the sixth consecutive year High Tide has appeared on the Report on Business list, which recognized 375 companies in its 2026 edition following an application process and revenue-based qualification criteria.
Canna Cabana operates 232 domestic locations and holds a 14% market share outside British Columbia
Canna Cabana runs 232 stores in Canada plus one international location, spanning British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. Excluding British Columbia, where store counts are capped at 8, the chain holds a 14% market share. In 2025, the company became the first North American cannabis operator to open a bricks-and-mortar presence in Germany.
Remexian Pharma holds 10.5% of Germany's medical cannabis market
High Tide's German subsidiary, Remexian Pharma GmbH, imports and distributes medical cannabis products and is licensed to import from 22 countries, including Canada. The company was also named a top 50 company by the TSX Venture Exchange in 2022, 2024 and 2025, and ranked number one in the retail category on the Financial Times list of Americas' Fastest Growing Companies for 2023.
