Roswell, Ga. – September 18, 2026 -- HealthIQ Solutions, LLC and Eirion.ai have entered a strategic technology partnership to embed predictive AI models into remote patient care platforms, targeting early detection of heart attacks, strokes and acute kidney failure before symptoms appear.

Partnership integrates predictive AI into remote monitoring dashboards

The collaboration will fuse Eirion.ai's predictive modeling architectures with HealthIQ Solutions' remote patient care infrastructure, giving treating physicians forward-looking clinical risk alerts rather than post-event data. The joint initiative targets real-time predictive risk scoring embedded directly into provider dashboards used across ambulatory networks and health systems nationwide.

Model targets three catastrophic, high-cost clinical events

The AI models are engineered specifically to flag elevated risk for heart attacks, strokes and acute kidney failure ahead of symptom onset, enabling physicians to screen, monitor and adjust therapeutic interventions proactively rather than reactively responding to emergencies.

CEOs frame deal around value-based care and preventative medicine

"By integrating advanced predictive AI into our clinical workflows, we are giving clinicians the forewarning they need to intervene early," said Tim Roche, Founder and CEO of HealthIQ Solutions. Eirion.ai CEO David Stefanich said combining the firm's predictive architectures with HealthIQ's clinical delivery model is intended to help health systems and practices optimize both clinical and financial outcomes through preventative care.

Rollout spans RPM and APCM protocols across provider networks

The integration will extend into remote patient monitoring (RPM) and advanced primary care management (APCM) protocols, with deployment planned across physician groups and clinical networks working with HealthIQ Solutions.
