Reller's appointment comes shortly after Health Catalyst named Simeon Kohl as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective September 14, 2026. The company positions itself as an AI-forward healthcare intelligence provider built on 18 years of operating history and $2.8 billion in documented outcomes for health systems.
Reller brings healthcare-delivery and public-board finance experience
Reller led Duly Health and Care, one of the largest independent physician groups in the U.S., serving as President from 2021 to 2022, CEO from 2022 to 2023, and executive chair from 2023 to 2024. She previously held senior executive roles at Microsoft and multiple leadership positions across UnitedHealth Group subsidiaries, including executive vice president and chief marketing and experience officer of UnitedHealthcare, and chief growth officer, chief financial officer, and chief marketing officer of Optum.
Public-company board record spans SPS Commerce and Avalara
Reller has served on the board of SPS Commerce, Inc. (NASDAQ) since 2016, including five years as board chair and roles on its audit and governance committees. She also served on Avalara Inc.'s board from 2014 to 2022, including on its audit and compensation committees, until the company's acquisition. Her nonprofit board experience includes the Seattle Children's Hospital Foundation, where she served as Treasurer, and Fairview Health Services in Minnesota.
