In her new role, Olea Salgado will lead efforts to highlight female talent in corporate and M&A practice and expand women's presence in senior legal decision-making within the sector.

Olea Salgado is a member of Greenberg Traurig's Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Antitrust Litigation and Competition Regulation, and Technology practices. She advises multinational companies on structuring, negotiating, and executing complex mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments across regulated and unregulated sectors in the region.
