New York – September 10, 2026 -- Galaxy Service Partners has completed its acquisition of Central Door Solutions, a Wisconsin-based commercial dock and door service company, marking Galaxy's 10th deal since launching in 2025 and its 4th acquisition in 2026.
Galaxy expands Wisconsin footprint through Central Door Solutions deal
Central Door Solutions, headquartered in Plover, WI, with an additional location in New Berlin, WI, has served the state for more than 20 years. The company recently acquired Fox Valley Overhead Door in Appleton, WI, adding another regional footprint to its operations ahead of the Galaxy partnership.
Deal marks Galaxy's fourth acquisition of 2026
The transaction extends a consolidation run for Galaxy, an alliance focused on commercial door, automatic gate, and access control companies. Galaxy CEO Michael Aft said the partnership reflects alignment on a "people-first mindset" and a shared focus on customer service and community ties.
Central Door Solutions co-owners Chris Brooks and Bruce Woyak said the partnership will let the company expand its footprint and invest further in its team while retaining its existing service model. Woyak said the company evaluated several potential partners over the years before selecting Galaxy.
Galaxy continues nationwide search for door and access control targets
Galaxy said it is actively seeking additional commercial door, automatic gate, and access control businesses across the country, continuing the roll-up strategy that has driven 10 acquisitions in roughly a year and a half of operation.
