Lisle, Ill. – – September 30, 2026 -- Forum Health, LLC has appointed Elizabeth Campbell as Chief Financial and Development Officer, a newly created role tasked with leading fundraising and acquisitions as the functional medicine network pursues rapid expansion.
Campbell joins after building and selling a 88-clinic orthodontic platform
Campbell co-founded myOrthos, LLC in 2019 and served as CEO, completing 37 acquisitions to build a platform of 88 clinics across 14 states before its 2025 sale to Smile Doctors, a portfolio company of TH Lee. She brings more than 20 years of experience spanning The Boston Consulting Group, private equity roles at SV Life Sciences Advisors and LLR Partners, and healthcare operating leadership.
Executive was introduced at the Jefferies Health Tech Conference
Campbell joined Forum Health last week and was formally introduced alongside CEO Phil Hagerman at the Jefferies Health Tech Conference. Hagerman said Campbell brings significant experience in acquisitions, fundraising and operational management, calling her "a business builder and entrepreneur" suited to executing the company's growth roadmap.
Campbell cites functional medicine's scale gap as her reason for joining
Campbell said she spent two years studying the functional medicine space before joining, noting the sector has lacked the clinical scale, vertical integration, and infrastructure to reach its potential -- a gap she believes Forum Health is positioned to close.
Forum Health currently operates 23 clinics with telehealth in 47 states
Forum Health, founded in 2019, operates 23 brick-and-mortar clinics across 12 states and offers telehealth services in 47 states. Its parent company, Forum Health Enterprises, Inc., also supplies Inwell Biosciences, a nutraceutical company, and Power2Practice, a technology-enabled EMR practice management solution.
Campbell holds an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she has returned as an Adjunct Professor teaching Healthcare Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. Since 2024, she has served as an independent director for a private-equity backed specialty dental platform and a strategic growth consultant to a private-equity backed dermatology platform.
