Founder ties Fontana plant to 2025 merger of FlexScreen and RiteScreen operations
Joe Altieri, FlexScreen Founder and Chief Officer of Strategic Partnerships, said the plant combines FlexScreen's patented flexible screen technology with RiteScreen's manufacturing experience. Seven Point Equity Partners, a Miami-based private investment firm specializing in specialty manufacturing, acquired RiteScreen in 2014 and FlexScreen in 2025, unifying the two businesses under one screen-solutions operation.
