First Graphene Signs 3-Year Deal With UK's Vector for Graphene Sensors

Sydney – September 29, 2026 -- First Graphene Limited (ASX: FGR) has signed a 36-month Strategic Partner Agreement with UK-based Vector Companies Group Limited, coinciding with Vector's commercial launch of Peltyr, a printed heat flux sensor incorporating First Graphene's PureGRAPH graphene material.

Vector gains access to First Graphene's product range under new commercial framework

The agreement allows Vector to introduce prospective end-users to First Graphene's broader portfolio of graphene products and to place direct purchase orders under separate terms. The deal expands an existing relationship between the two companies, giving First Graphene an additional sales channel through Vector's network in advanced materials, manufacturing and the built environment sector.

Peltyr sensor measures real-world building heat loss instead of modelled estimates

Peltyr is designed to measure the actual rate of heat passing through building fabric -- walls, floors and roofs -- allowing users to calculate an in-situ U-value rather than relying solely on theoretical models. Building owners, retrofit assessors and housing providers can use the technology to verify thermal performance before and after energy-efficiency upgrades.

Global heat flux sensor market forecast to hit $455.8 million by 2034

Heat flux sensing is applied across building physics, industrial process monitoring, aerospace, automotive, HVAC and meteorology. First Graphene cites this expanding addressable market as a growth opportunity beyond the construction sector.

CEO Michael Bell says product shows graphene moving from lab to industrial scale

First Graphene Managing Director and CEO Michael Bell said the partnership "gives both companies a framework to identify and progress new commercial opportunities," adding that Peltyr shows graphene-based products can be "manufactured at scale and commercially adopted by industry." Bell noted potential applications extending into aerospace as Peltyr moves through commercial rollout.
