Shanghai – – September 15, 2026 -- FHC Shanghai 2026 will open its doors from November 10-12 at the new Shanghai International Expo Centre, spanning 200,000 square meters and bringing together more than 3,000 global exhibitors and over 180,000 trade buyers.

Event scale expands with 500 foreign exhibitors across 50 international pavilions

The three-day trade show will host more than 500 foreign exhibitors organized into over 50 international pavilions, covering 15 core sectors including meat, seafood, snack food and beverages, dairy, confectionery and chocolate, foodservice supply chains, condiments and oils, coffee and tea, bakery, food processing and packaging, ready meals, canned goods, machinery, hot-pot ingredients, infant and children's nutrition, and food-medicine crossover products. The format allows procurement executives to benchmark suppliers across categories within a single three-day visit.

European Union spotlighted with 220 organic and geographically protected products

The EU is this year's featured region, presenting more than 220 specialty products from all 27 member states, including organic goods and items carrying protected geographical indication status. The pavilion will feature product displays and culinary demonstrations, offering buyers direct access to authentic European goods without traveling abroad.

Hosted buyer program targets verified international importers and distributors

FHC Shanghai runs an exclusive hosted buyer program for verified importers, distributors and decision-makers in international distribution. Selected international buyers receive pre-event matchmaking proposals and dedicated negotiation spaces, alongside accommodation for the event duration, shuttle services and access to a VIP lounge, aimed at facilitating cross-border deal-making between Chinese exhibitors and qualified overseas buyers.

Competitions and ten forums track culinary and market trends

The show will host the 27th China International Culinary Arts Competition and the Shanghai division of the Chinese Latte Art Championship, providing live demonstrations of ingredient performance. Around ten industry forums will address meat, snacking, e-commerce, takeaway food, the globalization of Chinese cuisine, and cocoa-chocolate trends, giving buyers insight into emerging market shifts.

Seven co-located exhibitions consolidate sourcing trips into a single visit

Running concurrently on the same site are seven additional exhibitions covering wine and spirits, franchising, canning machinery, chocolate (Salon du Chocolat), fruits and vegetables, gifts, and agricultural brands with geographical indication status, allowing visitors to cover multiple sourcing categories in one business trip.
