MTM 10.0 lets organizations build structured skills taxonomies using Skills and Skill Categories, including 30 standard benchmarkable categories. Courses can be mapped directly to the skills they are designed to develop, and administrators can manage these mappings at scale through bulk Excel-based tools.
New question type captures learner-reported skills data
The release introduces a Skills question type that automatically pulls from course-mapped skills, allowing learners to report which competencies they believe they gained. New dashboard widgets display top skills by course, top courses by skill, and learner response patterns, while a Data Extract feature enables deeper organization-wide analysis.
