Hoboken, N.J. – October 01, 2026 -- eMazzanti Technologies will convene more than 200 small and midsize business leaders on October 21 for ASPIRE 2026, a free one-day conference at the Microsoft Conference Center in New York City focused on practical AI adoption and cybersecurity defense.

Conference runs 24 sessions across four business-focused tracks

The event runs from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time, offering 24 expert-led sessions organized around four priorities: growing revenue, improving productivity, reducing expenses and strengthening cybersecurity. Attendees can customize their agenda across the concurrent tracks rather than follow a fixed program.

ISC2 CEO Scott Beale to deliver keynote on AI-driven cybersecurity threats

Scott Beale, CEO of ISC2, will present the keynote, "How AI Is Transforming Cybersecurity." Beale previously served as Associate Director of the U.S. Peace Corps, overseeing 2,500 staff across 64 countries, and brings more than 25 years of workforce-development experience to the session on emerging threats.

Speaker roster includes Microsoft, WatchGuard Technologies and Hudson County Chamber of Commerce

Session leaders will come from ISC2, Microsoft, WatchGuard Technologies, eMazzanti Technologies, the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce, i3 International and FC Motown. The agenda includes a live opening keynote, a networking lunch with panel discussion, a closing panel and an evening networking reception.

Carl Mazzanti frames event as direct response to SMB urgency on AI

"Small-business leaders do not need another day of vague predictions," said Carl Mazzanti, Co-Founder and President of eMazzanti Technologies. He said the conference is designed to answer specific questions on where AI creates value, which technology investments improve performance, and how to raise productivity without adding risk.

Registration is complimentary but capacity-limited for approved SMB executives

General admission is free for approved small and midsize business executives and technology leaders, covering full-day access to all 24 sessions, the keynote, the closing panel and conference materials. Organizers note that seating is limited.
