DIMAND Hires Sotheby's to Sell 95 Homes at Thessaloniki's FIX Site

Athens – October 12, 2026 -- DIMAND has appointed Greece Sotheby's International Realty to lead sales of FIX Residences, a 95-home building within the redevelopment of Thessaloniki's historic FIX Brewery, with completion scheduled for late 2029.

Greece Sotheby's International Realty will market the project to buyers in Greece and in key international markets through the global Sotheby's International Realty network.

FIX Residences will deliver 95 homes in a 19,800 sq.m. nine-storey building

The residential building will cover approximately 19,800 sq.m. and include 134 dedicated parking spaces. DIMAND is targeting LEED Gold certification and says the building will prioritise energy efficiency and environmental performance.

The residences form one part of a wider masterplan designed by Foster + Partners at the western entrance of Thessaloniki. Three historic structures at the roughly 140-year-old brewery will be restored and repurposed, and two new bioclimatic buildings will be built alongside them.

Two Hilton Hotels & Resorts concepts anchor the mixed-use scheme

Two hotel concepts operating under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand will be part of the development, together with restaurants, wellness facilities, shops and landscaped areas.

One of the restored buildings will house MOMus - Museum of Modern Art, including its Costakis Collection of Russian avant-garde art, as well as the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra.

Site sits minutes from the historic centre and 30 minutes from the airport

The site lies just minutes from Thessaloniki's historic centre and approximately 30 minutes from Thessaloniki International Airport "Makedonia."

DIMAND Group CEO Dimitris Andriopoulos said the Sotheby's collaboration is an important step in positioning FIX Residences in both the Greek and international markets. Greece Sotheby's International Realty President and CEO Savvas Savvaidis said the firm looks forward to presenting the project to buyers in Greece and worldwide.
