STAK Inc. Sets October 9 Shareholder Meetings in Changzhou
Changzhou – September 18, 2026 -- STAK Inc. (Nasdaq: STAK) will convene a Class A ordinary shareholders meeting followed immediately by an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on October 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Beijing/Hong Kong Time, the oilfield equipment manufacturer announced.
Both meetings will be held at STAK's Changzhou executive office
The gatherings are scheduled at Building 11, 8th Floor, No. 6 Beitanghe East Road, Tianning District, Changzhou, Jiangsu, China 213000. The Class A Meeting will take place first, with the EGM following at the same location.
Voting rights are tied to a September 4, 2026 record date
Holders of Class A ordinary shares of par value USD0.001 each as of the close of business on September 4, 2026 are entitled to notice of and voting rights at the Class A Meeting. All registered shareholders of record on that date qualify to attend and vote at the EGM.
