Milwaukee – September 18, 2026 -- River1 Asset Management LLC launched the Rebuild America ETF (Cboe BZX: BUIL) on Sept. 16, 2026, an actively managed fund built to capture a multi-year infrastructure investment cycle in U.S. power, grid, construction and materials markets.

Utilities plan $1.4 trillion in grid spending through 2030

The Edison Electric Institute projects utilities will invest roughly $1.4 trillion in electricity infrastructure through 2030. The Electric Power Research Institute forecasts data centers could consume 9% to 17% of U.S. electricity by 2030, up from about 4% to 5% today, as reshoring and domestic manufacturing add further demand for power, materials and construction capacity.

Yorkville America Launches NRAM ETF Targeting AI Memory Infrastructure

Mountainside, N.J. – September 15, 2026 -- Yorkville America Equities, LLC launched the Next Generation Memory Index ETF (NRAM) on September 10, 2026, giving investors direct exposure to the memory and storage layer underpinning artificial intelligence infrastructure.

NRAM begins trading on NYSE Arca and NYSE Texas with a 0.60% expense ratio

The passively managed fund tracks the YA MarketVector Next Generation Memory Index (MVRAM), effective August 28, 2026, and pays distributions annually with quarterly index rebalancing.

Index caps concentration risk through tiered weighting rules

MVRAM targets 20 constituents selected for their role in designing, developing, manufacturing or supplying physical memory technologies. Dedicated memory companies are capped at 15% of index weight, while diversified memory companies are capped at 4.5%, using a modified float-adjusted market-capitalization methodology.
