IWP Capital Backs FedEx Board Report on Abortion-Drug Shipping Risk

Fort Worth, Texas – – September 20, 2026 -- IWP Capital, LLC said it will vote FOR Proposal 6 at FedEx Corporation's (NYSE: FDX) annual meeting on September 28, 2026, pressing the board to disclose how it manages legal exposure tied to shipping mail-order abortion drugs.

IWP Capital co-filed the proposal with the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth

The measure, titled "Report on Risks Related to Distributing Abortion Drugs," appears in the Stockholder Proposals section of FedEx's 2026 proxy statement beginning on page 104. It is precatory, asking FedEx's board to issue a report within one year, at reasonable cost, detailing how it oversees legal, regulatory, and reputational risk linked to transporting drugs such as mifepristone. The proposal does not seek to halt shipments of any lawful product or mandate package inspections.
