SciBase Issues 60,000 Shares to Settle SEK 0.9M Guarantor Fee

Stockholm – October 07, 2026 -- SciBase Holding AB has resolved on a set-off share issue of 60,000 new shares to Bergs Securities AB, settling part of the guarantee compensation owed for underwriting the company's recently completed rights issue.

Board approves compensation shares at SEK 15 apiece

The Board of Directors resolved on the Compensation Issue on October 7, 2026, under authorization granted at the Annual General Meeting on May 19, 2026. The subscription price of SEK 15 per share matches the price set in the underlying rights issue. Payment was made entirely through set-off against SEK 0.9 million of Bergs Securities' claim for guarantee compensation, and all 60,000 shares have been subscribed for and allotted.

Truecaller Closes $15 Million Acquisition of TextPlus

Stockholm – September 16, 2026 -- Truecaller AB has completed its acquisition of Los Angeles-based TextPlus Inc. for a purchase price valuing the target at USD 15.0 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. The transaction closed on September 10, 2026, with TextPlus consolidated into Truecaller's financials as of September 9.

Truecaller gains US foothold and VoIP capability through TextPlus deal

The acquisition expands Truecaller's presence in the United States and adds second-number and internet-based calling (VoIP) capabilities to its offering, moving the company toward a broader communications platform. Truecaller had first announced the agreement to acquire 100% of TextPlus shares on July 17, 2026.
