Las Vegas – September 04, 2026 -- BOXABL Inc. (Nasdaq: BXBL) has entered a multiyear purchase agreement with LC Vegas Acquisitions, LLC for up to 1,500 factory-built homes over three years, marking the company's largest announced residential purchase arrangement to date.
Deal structure calls for roughly 500 homes delivered annually
Under the agreement, purchases are expected to occur in phases, with approximately 500 homes anticipated each year, subject to project schedules, site readiness, and regulatory approvals. The agreement does not require that any purchases be made and remains subject to conditions, contingencies, and performance requirements.
