Apricus Solar Merges Ten-Plus Units At New Dortmund HQ
SHERIDAN, WYOMING -- August 28, 2026 -- Apricus Solar AG moved its group headquarters within Dortmund, Germany, to Westfalendamm 223, ending nearly five years at its previous location. The relocation consolidates more than half of the group's over ten subsidiaries and holdings under one roof, the company announced Aug. 28. Connected Dots Holding oversees the restructured group, which now includes two newly integrated units, Wertkraft GmbH & Co. KG and RE Projektbau GmbH.
Wertkraft Becomes Group's Renewable Project Marketing Arm
Wertkraft GmbH & Co. KG, previously known as B&C Solartechnik and active in the market for roughly five years, now serves as the group's platform for marketing renewable energy projects and solutions. The unit will open new market access points across the group and support affiliated companies in selling their projects, Apricus said.
