Dallas – September 14, 2026 -- Specialty church and ministry insurer KingsCover Insurance Services has rebranded as Dominion First Insurance Services, LLC, retaining its status as the largest agency by book of business inside the KingsCover Underwriters program, a Risk Theory company.
Agency delivers $3 million in premium savings since November 2025 launch
Since its November 1, 2025 launch, the agency has generated more than $3 million in estimated premium savings for clients, expanded to over 400 church and ministry clients, and secured licensing across 16 states. That growth trajectory continues unchanged under the new corporate identity.
Ownership, staff and client policies remain unchanged despite name change
The rebrand does not alter ownership, leadership, staffing, or existing client policies. Dominion First remains the designated agency partner of Texas Baptists and holds a premier partner position within the KingsCover Underwriters program, which the company says translates into pricing, terms, and claims-handling advantages unavailable to competing agencies in the niche.
"As our agency has continued to grow, we wanted a name that better reflects who we are, our mission, and where we're headed," said Lauren Howard, Agency Vice President. She added that the new name reflects a commitment to faithful stewardship while client service remains unchanged.
Agency maintains independent market access beyond KingsCover program appetite
Dominion First operates exclusively in the church and ministry insurance space, offering property and general liability, crime, kidnap and ransom, EPLI, D&O, and abuse and molestation coverage, alongside employee benefits liability, workers' compensation, hired and non-owned auto, cyber liability, excess coverage, and mission travel protection. As an independent agency, it retains access to markets outside the KingsCover Underwriters program, allowing it to place risks that fall outside that program's underwriting appetite.
New domain went live July 24, 2026, with legacy emails auto-forwarded
Effective July 24, 2026, the agency operates under a new website and email domain, dominionfirst.com. Emails sent to legacy @KingsCover.com addresses continue to forward automatically to the new domain, while service teams and phone numbers remain unchanged for existing clients.
