ChemTreat Named Dow Preferred Coolant Provider in Ohio

Glen Allen, Va. – September 11, 2026 -- ChemTreat, Inc. has been selected as a preferred service provider in Ohio for Dow's Coolant Care Network, expanding its footprint in a state experiencing rapid data center growth. The Veralto operating company already holds status as Dow's only preferred service provider in Virginia and serves as a strategic service provider nationally.

Dow ties coolant support to data center construction timelines

Chuck Carn, Dow Data Center Growth Platform Director, said operators and construction teams need coolant support in place before systems come online rather than sourced afterward. The Ohio designation puts a qualified service provider on the ground, backed by Dow fluids, vetted test labs, and Dow's technical specialists.

Network gives Ohio customers access to Dow heat transfer fluids

Through the Dow Coolant Care Network, ChemTreat customers in Ohio gain access to DOWFROST LC and DOWFROST HD Heat Transfer Fluids for direct-to-chip and facility cooling loops. The arrangement also includes Dow's glycol development specialists and certified testing for coolant performance.

ChemTreat links expansion to its Blueprint to Beyond program

The collaboration falls under ChemTreat's Blueprint to Beyond program, a cooling lifecycle management framework covering data centers from design through steady-state operation. Joe Keating, ChemTreat's VP of Global Sales and Services, said the preferred provider status allows the company to offer service and expertise for data center facilities in Ohio, addressing industry demand for reliable fluid management as liquid cooling systems become critical to uptime.

ChemTreat currently serves more than 200 data center sites across North and South America.
