Alexandria – September 17, 2026 -- The American Staffing Association (ASA) named Dr. Aline Milfort, a licensed school psychologist with National Recruiting Consultants (NRC), its 2027 National Staffing Employee of the Year, kicking off National Staffing Employee Week, Sept. 14-20.

The award, sponsored by StaffPro 3, a division of PMC Insurance Group, spotlights Dr. Milfort's work serving 10 campuses across North Houston, Texas. Since joining NRC in 2023 after earning her doctor of psychology degree in 2022, she has provided special education support through a contract role with Aldine Independent School District.
Dr. Milfort co-founded the Black School Psychologists Network, where she serves as director of marketing, and received the Texas Association of School Psychologists' 2025 Outstanding School Psychologist Award at the doctoral level. The National Association of School Psychologists featured her as a standout early-career professional in November 2025.

Four sector-specific All-Stars join Milfort in the 2027 recognition class
Evan Nedwick, placed by Advantage Technical, a Staffmark Group company, built a more than 10-year career at Ford Motor Co. after joining the staffing firm in 2015. He now works as a mobile service technician and served as a technical expert during the pilot of Ford Mobile Service's Enhanced Dealer Upfit Program, a mobile van capable of performing oil changes and tire replacements.
Destiney Woods, placed through Labor Finders International, faced repeated rejection from employers after disclosing a cancer diagnosis during her job search. Labor Finders placed her in roles flexible enough to accommodate treatment, and she has since built a client list requesting her return.
Faith Ngana, a Boston University School of Law LL.M. graduate, used JOHNLEONARD to secure a paralegal position with Massachusetts Advocacy for Children while studying for the bar exam. She passed the Massachusetts bar on her first attempt.
Stephanie Jerrell turned to Matern Staffing after graduating in May 2025, amid a nearly 32% decline in job offers to recent college graduates since 2022. The agency placed her in an internship with a public utility company, which converted into a full-time brand content specialist role after she developed social media and Amazon Marketplace campaigns.
