Shenzhen – October 10, 2026 -- Arrvel is expanding its label printing portfolio with direct thermal printers aimed at e-commerce sellers, small businesses and home offices, led by the A42BT, a 4×6-inch Bluetooth shipping label printer rated at up to 150 mm/s and 203 DPI.
A42BT supports Bluetooth and USB across phones, tablets and computers
The A42BT connects via Bluetooth or USB and prints from compatible smartphones, tablets and computers. The FlashLabel Pro app adds mobile printing for users managing orders and other labeling tasks.
The printer handles roll and fanfold labels in widths from about 1.57 to 4.3 inches, including the widely used 4×6-inch shipping format. Arrvel lists shipping labels, inventory identification and barcodes as target uses.
Arrvel lists Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy and USPS as compatible platforms
The A42BT is designed for multi-channel sellers and is compatible with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy and USPS. Arrvel says this lets users fit label printing into existing order fulfillment workflows.
Direct thermal technology removes ink cartridges and ribbons
Arrvel's printers use direct thermal technology, which produces output through heat rather than ink or toner. Because no cartridges or ribbons are needed, the company says maintenance is simpler and there are fewer traditional printing supplies to replenish.
The technology suits labels carrying shipping addresses, text and barcodes. Arrvel also points to uses in logistics, retail operations, office organization and household labeling, including inventory tracking, pricing display and supply organization.
Compact A42BT measures 7.2 × 3.15 × 2.56 inches and weighs 0.86 lb
Arrvel cites growth in remote work, independent businesses and home-based e-commerce as driving demand for equipment that fits smaller workspaces. The A42BT measures approximately 7.2 × 3.15 × 2.56 inches and weighs about 0.86 lb, which the company says suits packing stations, retail counters, home offices and small-scale shipping operations.
