Published by Wiley, the book is available for pre-order now and reaches wide retail availability on October 5, 2026. It draws on interviews with Global 2000 executives and argues that enterprise AI investment will only pay off once companies redesign how decisions get made, not simply automate existing workflows.

The Predictive Enterprise addresses what Zagorin calls enterprise "double binds" — situations where procurement teams must cut supplier counts while simultaneously strengthening resilience. The book argues predictive systems can model these constraints before a sourcing process begins, allowing teams to identify paths that improve margin, speed and risk outcomes at once.

The publication timing aligns with Arkestro's announcement of growing customer momentum across the EMEA region. Zagorin co-founded Arkestro with CEO Rob DeSantis to embed predictive decision-making directly into enterprise procurement operations.
