Boston – September 30, 2026 -- ArcLight Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in IATP, a 5.4 GW power portfolio spanning 11 infrastructure assets across North America, with Invenergy retaining the remaining 50% ownership and continuing to operate the platform.
Portfolio combines contracted revenue with dispatchable generation for AI-driven demand
IATP pairs a substantial base of existing contracted revenue with near-term recontracting opportunities and potential expansion projects, targeting electricity demand growth from AI, data centers and broader economic electrification. The portfolio includes four combined-cycle facilities: Grays Harbor Energy Center in Washington, Nelson Energy Center in Illinois, Lackawanna Energy Center in Pennsylvania, and St. Clair Energy Centre in Ontario.
ArcLight targets recontracting and expansion projects across the asset base

ArcLight brings 70 GW track record and 15 GW development pipeline to the deal
Since 2001, ArcLight has owned, controlled or operated more than 70 GW of assets and 48,000 miles of electric and gas transmission and storage infrastructure, representing over $90 billion of enterprise value. The firm's integrated platform includes an 85-person power development organization with a pipeline exceeding 15 GW.
Morgan Stanley advised on undisclosed transaction terms
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as financial advisor to ArcLight on the private transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
