Airties Launches Aura Agentic AI Engine for ISP Networks

Paris – September 10, 2026 -- Airties has launched Airties Aura, an Agentic AI engine that autonomously diagnoses and fixes connectivity issues for homes and small businesses across the ISP customer lifecycle. Turknet, described as Türkiye's next-generation telecommunications operator, is the first operator to deploy Aura within its existing Airties Home platform across households.

Aura consolidates Airties' AI automation features into a single reasoning engine

Aura stands for Agentic AI that Understands, Reasons and Automates, and powers all Airties platforms managing connectivity, device, and application data from connected homes and businesses. "We have combined and evolved our existing AI automation features into one agentic AI engine which transforms connectivity insights and actions into autonomous data intelligence," said Metin Taskin, CEO and co-founder of Airties.

The engine draws on telemetry from more than 50 million connected homes and businesses

Airties built Aura on its existing AI/ML-driven connectivity intelligence foundation, spanning broadband gateways, extenders, applications and connected devices. Sachin Chickballapur, Chief Technical and Product Officer, said grounding in two decades of Wi-Fi domain expertise allows operators to move from fragmented AI experimentation to scalable, supervised automation across customer care, marketing and network operations.

Aura delivers role-specific outputs to five distinct operator functions

The system tailors responses by user: a quick summary for a frontline agent on a live call, a full diagnostic report for a network engineer, or a plain-English explanation for subscribers. For subscribers, Aura powers agentic self-care inside existing apps, handling tasks such as restarting a node or setting up a guest network without a support call. For customer care, it pairs conversational diagnostics with next-best actions and cross-references cases against the full subscriber base to catch fleet-wide patterns. Marketing teams can query audiences in natural language to launch personalized services and anticipate churn risk, while network operations teams get auditable automation for firmware rollout and rollback management, remote troubleshooting, and real-time KPI monitoring.

Human-in-the-loop governance controls which actions run autonomously

Aura includes governance controls that let operators decide which actions execute automatically and which require approval, with autonomy levels scalable as confidence increases. The engine also performs automated anomaly and threat detection across home and SMB networks, aggregating device and network telemetry for subscriber-level protection. It integrates with Airties' existing interfaces, including Careview, and supports agent-to-agent interoperability with operators' own AI platforms.

Turknet's CEO frames the deployment around anticipating subscriber needs

Cem Celebiler, CEO of Turknet, said the operator views agentic AI as a tool to identify problems earlier and anticipate potential needs rather than only accelerate existing processes. Airties positions Aura's measurable targets around improving first-contact resolution, reducing truck rolls and repeat visits, raising Net Promoter Score, and lowering churn.
