Austin, Texas – September 21, 2026 -- 360training.com, Inc. has acquired select assets from Atlantic Training, adding 305 workplace safety, OSHA, HR compliance and soft-skills courses to its commercial training portfolio.
Deal adds two decades of workforce compliance expertise
Atlantic Training, founded in 2005, has served more than 10,000 clients and delivered over 5 million courses to organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. 360training targets recurring B2B revenue and enterprise accounts
The transaction supports 360training's strategy to accelerate B2B growth, increase recurring revenue, and expand contracted, relationship-based customer accounts. "Atlantic Training is a strong strategic addition because of its focus on helping businesses manage important training responsibilities across their workforces," said Tom Anderson, CEO of 360training.
Acquisition aligns with infrastructure and AI-driven workforce expansion
360training executives tied the deal to rising training needs in construction, manufacturing, energy, utilities, and data centers as AI and infrastructure investment drives workforce expansion across the United States. The company already serves customers across environmental health and safety, food and beverage, real estate, healthcare, financial services, and power and utilities.
Atlantic Training founder and CEO Anthony LaFazia said the deal reflected a shared focus on workplace training and compliance needs between the two companies.
Combined catalog reaches broader employer base
Atlantic Training customers now gain access to 360training's broader online training infrastructure, while 360training customers gain expanded commercial training across workforce safety, compliance and professional development. 360training has issued more than 21 million training certificates to over 12.5 million learners across 17-plus brands and is a portfolio company of GreyLion and Vestar Capital Partners.
