YYForce Launches Facadevision AI, a Drone-Based Facade Inspection Venture

Singapore – September 11, 2026 -- YYForce Inc. (NASDAQ: YFOR) has incorporated Facadevision AI Pte. Ltd., a Singapore joint venture combining drone technology and AI-driven image analysis to inspect and clean building facades, replacing traditional rope access and gondola methods used across the city-state's commercial real estate sector.

YYForce holds 70% stake, partners with established local cleaning firm

YYForce owns 70% of the new entity, with the remaining 30% held by Integral Cleaning Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based cleaning services provider that has previously collaborated with YYForce on other projects. Integral is expected to contribute operational expertise and commercial networks specific to Singapore's facade maintenance industry.

Drone system targets safety risks in work-at-height facade maintenance

Facade maintenance in Singapore has relied on labor-intensive, weather-dependent rope access and suspended gondolas, methods that carry inherent work-at-height risk. Facadevision AI plans to deploy an enterprise-grade drone system paired with AI-assisted image analysis to detect defects including cracking, spalling, sealant failure, and water ingress across building envelopes.

Venture aims to cut personnel exposure and generate compliance-ready inspection data

The approach is designed to reduce the number of workers exposed to height risks, shorten project turnaround times, and provide building owners with a documented, data-backed record of facade condition. YYForce said the system is built to integrate with broader building management and compliance systems supporting periodic inspection requirements.
