Henderson – October 12, 2026 -- YMX Logistics has been named a 2026 G75 Green Supply Chain Partner by Inbound Logistics, adding a third sustainability honor to two fleet awards it received earlier this month.
The annual list covers 75 organizations recognized for advancing sustainable supply chain and logistics practices while delivering measurable value to customers.
YMX collected two fleet electrification awards before the G75 listing
YMX received the ACT Expo Fleet Award for Leadership in Electric Yard Operations earlier this month. Heavy Duty Trucking magazine also named the company a 2026 Top Green Fleet.
Autonomous Yard Operating System ties electric trucks to yard workflows
YMX runs electrification through its autonomous Yard Operating System (YOS). The system aligns yard workflows, charging infrastructure, and energy management to maximize the performance of electric yard trucks at customer sites. The company treats EV adoption as part of a wider system rather than a standalone initiative. It says this approach improves utilization, reduces energy costs, and speeds progress toward customers' sustainability targets.
CEO Yearling links sustainability to cost and resilience pressures
CEO Matt Yearling said rising fuel costs, market volatility, and efficiency pressure are pushing supply chain leaders to treat sustainability as a resilience strategy. In his view, "the most sustainable operations are also the most efficient."
COO Erin Mitchell said customers now ask how to achieve sustainability without compromising performance. She argued that no single technology or equipment investment delivers it. In her account, the answer is an operating model that improves visibility and removes inefficiencies across enterprise shippers' networks.
