Xyte Posts Record New ARR Quarter, Names Andrew Gross CEO

Hoboken – October 29, 2026 -- Xyte reported its largest quarter ever for new annual recurring revenue (ARR) in the three months ended September 30, with enterprise and enterprise-led activity accounting for 90% of new business.

Xyte's ARR rose 122% in the fiscal year ended June 30

The record September quarter followed a fiscal year in which the AI cloud platform's ARR grew 122% year over year. Xyte manages multi-vendor audiovisual (AV) and workplace devices. It said organizations are turning to the platform to run workplace technology across vendors and sites.

More system integrators than ever have also launched branded managed service platforms powered by Xyte. The company did not disclose absolute revenue figures or the number of dealers.

Andrew Gross takes over as CEO, Omer Brookstein becomes Executive Chairman

Gross spent the past five years building and leading Xyte's global go-to-market team, with responsibility for commercial planning and revenue. He now runs day-to-day execution from the company's Hoboken, New Jersey, headquarters.

Brookstein, now Executive Chairman, continues to support long-term strategy, the board and key relationships.

Gross sets three priorities: device support, AI agent integrations, dealer tools

Gross named broader device support, integrations with enterprise AI agents and more tools for dealers to deliver managed services as his three main initiatives. He said that as enterprises expand deployments and dealers build recurring revenue, "there's no question Xyte will be the platform they scale with."

Xyte recently sponsored rAVe's AV Cloud Summit Fall 2026. Participants from OpenAI and UC Berkeley joined AV service providers in a session on AI in AV operations, titled "AI, Meet the AV Fleet: From Answers to Approved Action."
