Xerox Launches First Printers Under Unified Brand After Lexmark Deal

Norwalk, Conn. – October 27, 2026 -- Xerox introduced three color printer and multifunction printer lines, the Xerox C240/C245, C255a and C300/C303a/C305ae. They are the first hardware launched under the unified Xerox brand since the company's integration with Lexmark.

Xerox now describes itself as a single technology company spanning print, IT infrastructure and intelligent digital services. The new brand identity, including a refreshed logo, accompanies the launch. The three lines are the first products to bring the combined Xerox-Lexmark portfolio to market.

Xerox targets the A4 small workgroup segment with no-IT-support devices

Xerox cites hybrid work as the driver of demand in the A4 small workgroup segment, where buyers need print solutions that can be deployed without dedicated IT staff. The new devices combine a compact footprint, simplified setup and built-in security. Users can install, manage, print and scan through the Xerox Easy Assist App and the Xerox Print and Scan Experience App.

The C240/C245 and C255a are built for reliable everyday use. The C300/C303a/C305ae are designed for a broader range of workgroup needs, including more demanding environments.

Post-quantum cryptography support and 50% recycled plastic anchor the specifications

The printers integrate post-quantum cryptography (PQC) support, which Xerox says protects against evolving cyber threats. Built-in security features also cover devices, documents and network access. The devices contain more than 50% post-consumer recycled plastic and operate energy-efficiently.

Jacques-Edouard Gueden, chief revenue officer at Xerox, said the line gives small workgroup clients a "reliable, straightforward solution" and gives channel partners a stronger portfolio to sell.

Xerox ships the printers in four markets, with further regions to follow

The C240/C245, C255a and C300/C303a/C305ae are now shipping in North America, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Xerox will announce availability in additional regions as the global rollout continues.
