Houston – October 06, 2026 -- Works360 has launched PLAiPulseTM, a new experience intelligence technology that lets customers watch CPU, GPU and NPU activity in real time while evaluating AI PCs with their own applications and workflows.
Works360 rolls out PLAiPulse across evaluation programs for Intel and Qualcomm-based AI PCs
The initial deployment covers eligible systems powered by Intel Core Ultra processors and Qualcomm Snapdragon X Series platforms, plus select Microsoft Surface evaluation programs distributed through Works360. The technology is also extending to select Intel-based AI PC evaluation programs in Australia and New Zealand.
Technology exposes CPU, GPU and NPU utilization during hands-on testing
PLAiPulse displays CPU, GPU and NPU utilization alongside memory usage, power consumption and additional system metrics as customers run their own workloads. Works360 Founder Ali Khan said the tool lets customers "actually use the PC and see what's happening inside it," shifting evaluation conversations beyond specification sheets.
Qualcomm backs tool as a way to make Snapdragon-powered performance tangible
Gavin Georgitsis of Qualcomm Technologies said greater visibility into how CPU, GPU and NPU resources are utilized can make the AI PC experience more tangible for customers testing Snapdragon-powered devices with their own applications.
Commercial expansion targeted for 2027 across additional programs and partners
Following the initial rollout within Works360-operated evaluation programs, the company plans to expand PLAiPulse in 2027 into a commercially available experience intelligence solution for organizations assessing AI PC deployment decisions. Works360 is positioning the platform-independent tool to scale across additional device architectures, programs and distribution partners as the AI PC market diversifies beyond a single processor type.
