DALLAS – October 22, 2026 -- WeInfuse and Clarion have integrated AI phone agents directly into infusion provider and pharmacy operations, with Medix Infusion the first provider to use the connection.
Clarion agents read live WeInfuse order and authorization data
Clarion's agents see each patient's orders, prior authorization status and upcoming appointments in WeInfuse in real time. They resolve routine calls end to end and route everything else to the patient's clinic.
WeInfuse's cloud platform already manages intake, scheduling, clinical documentation, inventory management, dispensing and billing. The partnership adds the communications layer: inbound calls, scheduling requests, referral coordination and prescription refills, which the companies cite as growing administrative burdens as infusion therapy demand rises.
Clarion CEO Ryan Gallagher, MD, said infusion is operationally complex because the order, the authorization and the chair must line up at the right time. Connected to WeInfuse, he said, Clarion's agents "run that front office work end to end."
Clarion brings 1,000-plus clinic locations to the integration
Clarion was founded in 2024 and is backed by Accel and Y Combinator. Its agents handle inbound and outbound patient calls, referral and fax processing, and scheduling for customers across 20 specialties. Its footprint exceeds 1,000 clinic locations in nearly all 50 states.
Medix Infusion becomes first provider on the WeInfuse-Clarion integration
Medix, a national multi-site infusion center and pharmacy organization, is a longtime Clarion customer. Clarion's agents now work from Medix's data in WeInfuse, using the same orders, authorizations and schedules the Medix team uses daily.
Medix CEO and President Carmine DeNardo said the team is already seeing benefits and working more efficiently. The companies did not disclose quantified results.
