Las Vegas – September 07, 2026 -- UrVenue, a hospitality technology provider for venues, hotels and resorts, has opened a new corporate headquarters at 3327 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Suite 3400, directly on the Las Vegas Strip, alongside a round of senior hires and internal promotions across customer success, business development and marketing.

UrVenue relocates headquarters to the Las Vegas Strip to sit closer to core clients

The company chose the Strip location to be physically nearer to the gaming, nightlife and entertainment operators that make up much of its customer base. Interim CEO Emily Curtin said the site marks where UrVenue built its earliest and deepest customer relationships, as the firm pushes growth across both its venue and resort business lines.

Michael Sullivan takes over global client success for nightlife and daylife accounts

Sullivan will oversee customers worldwide using UrVenue's Venue Management System (VMS). He brings more than 25 years in hospitality and nightlife, with prior roles at Wynn Nightlife, TAO Group, 9 Group, SBE, Club Space and The Ritz-Carlton, and previously co-founded a national hospitality consulting firm with Bar Rescue host Jon Taffer.

Amy You joins as Business Development Executive from Caesars Entertainment

You most recently served as Senior Manager of Global Luxury Sales at Caesars Entertainment, where she led sales across a portfolio of suites, penthouses and villas. Her background also includes Caesars Palace, Nobu Hotel Las Vegas, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and ARIA Resort & Casino.

Kerry Osborne promoted to oversee global hotel and resort accounts

Osborne moves into the Client Success Manager role with global responsibility for hotel and resort customers using UrResort, UrVenue's Property Experience Management System (PXMS). Osborne has been central to the company's enterprise relationships and expansion in the hotel and resort segment.

Joseph Pomar-Webb named Senior Marketing Manager with MGM and Caesars experience

Pomar-Webb brings 10 years of marketing and communications experience, including stints at MGM Resorts International, Caesars Entertainment and The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower.

Chief Growth Officer Tracee Nalewak said the hiring approach reflects a company value of recruiting people who have worked inside the operator businesses UrVenue serves, pairing that industry background with internal product expertise.
