Twinnin Launches Human Verified, Signs Model Management's 3M Models

London – October 15, 2026 -- Twinnin, a human likeness consent and licensing registry, has launched two services, Human Verified and Defend Twinn, and signed Model Management as its first Human Verified partner under an exclusive agreement covering a network of more than three million models.

Defend Twinn lets individuals register timestamped objections to AI use of their likeness

Users verify their identity, file a timestamped objection to AI use of their likeness, and initiate and track takedown requests through the service. Twinnin was co-founded by Kat Grobler and William Haakon Berg.

Human Verified accredits businesses that use human likenesses with consent

Model Management will display the Human Verified mark on its website to show its commitment to consent-based AI use of human likenesses. The agreement opens Twinnin to the company's network of more than three million models.

Model Management CEO Andreas von Estorff described his company as the world's largest provider of digital twins and said it already ID-verifies every model. He said Twinnin adds an independent third-party layer confirming each model's identity and choice for brands. "Using someone's likeness starts with consent," he said.

Grobler cites SAG-AFTRA consent rules and calls for faster government action

Grobler pointed to SAG-AFTRA's rule of no consent, no replica, and no replica without pay. She said performers outside the union still face scraped faces and fine print, and that Twinnin offers them comparable terms.

She argued that technology is moving faster than the laws meant to protect people. Anyone using a person's likeness commercially, she said, should have permission and pay for it.

Twinnin's technology is led by Chief Technology Officer Dr Mary Maller. United US managed the company's re-brand.
