Miami – October 19, 2026 -- Twenty Labs has achieved Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Class C Certification through Knox Systems, opening its Polycore composable government platform to federal agencies after deployments across 9+ states and territories.
Knox partnership shortens the FedRAMP compliance path for Twenty Labs
Twenty Labs worked with Knox Systems, which describes itself as the largest, longest-running federal managed cloud. According to the release, Knox removed the FedRAMP certification bottleneck and significantly reduced compliance timelines and costs for Twenty Labs. That allows its forward-deployed engineers and policy, program and design experts to concentrate on agency outcomes. Knox says it delivers FedRAMP authorization in 90 days.
Polycore already runs Medicaid, SNAP and WIC programs in 9+ states and territories
Twenty Labs' technology powers Healthy Together, its health and human services business. Healthy Together serves Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, SUN Bucks and child services programs, using Polycore for program operations and applied AI. The certification extends that same platform to federal buyers.
Twenty Labs targets rigid legacy systems that are slow and expensive to change. It says staff lose time to heavy manual processes and to poor-quality or incomplete information upstream. Polycore can replace legacy capabilities or run alongside existing systems.
Polycore bundles configurable workflows, applied AI and interoperable services
Twenty Labs lists four capabilities available to federal agencies:
- Composable, configurable solutions that deploy independently or alongside existing systems.
- A connected workflow linking agencies, partners, data sources and the public.
- Quality at the source, with information collected, verified and structured before it reaches systems of record.
- Applied AI, including operator assistance, document intelligence and voice agents, to automate routine work.
The company uses a forward-deployed model, placing teams alongside policy, program and operational experts.
Executives frame certification as the federal security threshold
Twenty Labs CEO Jared Allgood said the certification confirms the company meets the federal bar for security and trust, and that federal agencies can now access capabilities states already use. Knox Systems CEO Irina Denisenko said Twenty Labs has shown states that AI can help agencies modernize without tearing out the systems they rely on.
