Doova targets independent seniors with health monitoring and emergency alerts
Doova, a household companion robot for seniors living independently, is equipped with LDS-LiDAR, sound-source localization and AI-based posture-detection algorithms. The robot can navigate to a user on voice command, assess their posture, and place a video call to family members if needed. It also delivers medication reminders, weather and appointment updates, flags potential fraud risks, and patrols the home to generate security reports when residents are away.
The launch follows Tuya's earlier pet-care robot Aura, expanding the company's robotics portfolio into elder-care applications.
AI Home, AI Robot and AI Energy ecosystems make European debut
Tuya is presenting its AI Home, AI Robot and AI Energy ecosystems together in Europe for the first time, paired with the company's full-stack Matter portfolio. AI Home includes an AI radar sleep speaker that uses millimeter-wave radar to track heart rate, breathing and snoring for daily sleep-analysis reports, alongside an AI printer, baby monitor, smart flowerpot and learning companion. AI Robot products include Aura, Fuzozo, Walulu, an AI owl and an AI robot dog, combining behavioral and sound analysis to interpret pet emotional states.
AI Energy integrates 800-plus European power providers to cut household costs
Tuya AI Energy links balcony solar systems and storage, smart metering and distribution, and EV charging into a single household energy network. The system draws on real-time and dynamic tariff data from more than 800 electricity providers and over 1,000 dynamic-tariff providers across Europe, shifting household loads to reduce overall energy costs and improve efficiency.
Full-stack Matter portfolio spans chip modules to cloud services
Tuya's end-to-end Matter offering supports Matter over Wi-Fi, Matter over Thread and Ethernet, and bridges from Zigbee, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to Matter. The portfolio covers gateways, central control hubs, lighting, smart plugs, sensors, curtain motors, thermostatic radiator valves, locks and cameras, integrating with Amazon Frustration-Free Setup and the Google Matter API for cross-platform interoperability.

Built on a multi-agent architecture, Hey Tuya is designed to orchestrate services and devices across scenarios rather than functioning as a single-device assistant. A command such as "I'm leaving now -- activate monitoring" triggers coordinated responses across multiple devices. The system centers on four functions: round-the-clock home security monitoring, energy analysis with efficiency recommendations, multi-device control via natural language, and personalized services adapted to household routines. Tuya plans to introduce subscription and value-added services in energy optimization, pet care and video understanding.
Developer tools aim to shorten the path from concept to working hardware
Tuya's developer showcase features the open-source framework TuyaOpen, Tuya Cobuilder and Tuya AI Coding. Cobuilder allows hardware developers to describe an AI hardware concept in natural language and complete the full development workflow before running the application on real hardware. Tuya AI Coding, a no-code application development platform, lets non-technical developers convert ideas into AI-powered applications with a single command.
